📋 Project management based on PMI / PRINCE2

Obizco provides project management services in accordance with PMI or Prince2 standards. Like any human activity, projects must be completed and delivered under constraints. Traditional economic analysis identifies scope, time, and cost as the main important constraints, sometimes referred to as the project management triangle, where each side contributes to the assessment of overall quality and performance. No side of the triangle can change without affecting the others. The discipline of project management involves providing tools and techniques that enable the project team (not just the manager) to organise work, coordinate together, and respond to constraints. By creating a common language and framework, team members do not get bogged down in creating customised tools and templates. They can better understand their roles and the expected contributions.

🤝 Multi-stakeholder governance

The future ATM applications are accompanied by an ecosystem of stakeholders, an institutional and regulatory framework, as well as a list of influencers and decision-makers.

Obizco has supported various aeronautical projects with multiple stakeholders. The staff members and partners of Obizco have been involved as representatives of various stakeholders in air traffic management in different forums and therefore have a deep understanding of the viewpoints and sensitivities of each of the stakeholders in air traffic management.

Obizco is committed to providing resources that represent the diverse sensitivities of the various stakeholders in air traffic management in order to facilitate and advise on the best applicable multi-stakeholder governance for each air traffic management project context.

✅ Quality management and business management based on EFQM

Obizco supports the best practices of quality management based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in every project.

The EFQM provides a common framework and a common terminology for quality management practices. The model can be applied to any organisation, regardless of its size, sector, or maturity. It is not prescriptive and provides a common language that facilitates the sharing of experiences and knowledge within the project and more broadly across the entire organisation and its network of stakeholders. EFQM is a Brussels-based foundation established in 1988 with the support of the European Commission.
